One App, Both Tracks
Recovery and relationship — held together, not chosen between
For couples where addiction and betrayal are the same wound, splitting your daily practice across three or four apps is exhausting and it loses the pattern. Anchor is one app that keeps recovery and relationship on the same page.
Private by default, shared by choice. Built for the way couples actually heal — messily, in parallel, one honest day at a time.
Private recovery surface
Each partner gets their own dashboard: journal, triggers, SOS tools, and an AI coach tuned to their track.
Shared Couple Hub
A joint space for check-ins, shared goals, transparency practices, and repair conversations — visible to both partners.
Consent-first sharing
Nothing crosses from private to shared without you turning it on. You can share a specific journal entry, a mood, or nothing.
One weekly rhythm
A structured Sunday review that both partners see — what happened, what worked, what to try next week.
How the two tracks connect
Your private work informs what shows up in the shared surface. If you've had a hard week in your solo journal, you can choose to surface a summary to your partner without exposing the full entries. If your partner is having a hard day, their shared status changes so you can meet them where they are without a full conversation.
What the Couple Hub holds
- Shared goals: sobriety milestones, connection practices, therapy attendance.
- Shared check-ins: a short daily temperature reading both partners see.
- Transparency log: device access, location sharing, financial visibility — configured together.
- Repair conversations: a structured, timed template that keeps hard talks from spiraling.
- Weekly review: a Sunday cadence that closes the loop and sets the next week.
Who this is for
Couples where one partner is in early or ongoing recovery from substance use, compulsive sexual behavior, or another addictive pattern — and the other partner is carrying betrayal trauma from what came before. If both of those are true, this app is built for you.
One app. Both of you. Private by default.

Frequently asked questions
Why do most apps only do one side?
Because it's simpler to build. A sobriety app can ignore the relationship; a couples app can ignore the addiction. Neither reflects the actual life of a couple healing from betrayal tied to addiction.
Is this a couples app or a recovery app?
Both, deliberately. Each partner gets a private recovery surface, and the couple shares a Couple Hub for the joint work. The two are linked but not merged.
Can I use Anchor alone if my partner isn't ready?
Yes. Everything works solo. Invite your partner later — nothing they see happens without your explicit sharing.
What data is shared with my partner?
Only what you turn on: shared goals, shared check-ins, and mutually agreed transparency practices. Journal, triggers, AI conversations, and therapy notes stay private by default.
